Terms of use.

Last updated October 24, 2026

These terms are the end-user license agreement between you and the operator of Arthur (“we”, “us”). By using Arthur or connecting it to QuickBooks Online, you agree to them.

Who may use it

Only people we authorize may use Arthur. We may change or remove access at any time.

License

We grant each authorized user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Arthur for the purposes we authorize. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer Arthur, try to get around its access controls, or use it to reach data you are not authorized to see.

QuickBooks Online

Arthur connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s API. Use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit’s own terms. A QuickBooks administrator can disconnect Arthur at any time from the apps settings in QuickBooks Online.

No professional advice

Arthur’s output is not tax, legal or accounting advice.

No warranty

Arthur is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the use of Arthur or from being unable to use it.

Ending access

These terms apply for as long as you have access to Arthur. We may suspend or end access at any time. The sections on warranty and liability continue to apply afterwards.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using Arthur after a change means you accept the updated terms.
